Exam goals show you how far you've come and how you can grow in the future.  Download the examination sheet and set up a lesson time to record what is on the sheet.  The exam is recorded in a lesson with a teacher and submitted with the Exam and Certificate of Achievement form (click on the title to get the form).  You will receive a comment sheet, rating, and Certificate of Achievement within a month.
