New to Webinar's? Follow these guidelines for the best experience:
1. Note Your Access Link – The Zoom link provided in the confirmation email is your ticket to the Webinar. And if you ever lose the connection you will need it to relink.
2. Refresh – If you can’t see or hear us, or you get bounced from an online for any reason, you can just rejoin using the same link.
3. Limit internet use – Webinars are very demanding on your Internet connection. Refrain from downloading large files or streaming video (like Netflix, Hulu, Xbox, etc) during the duration of the webinar. This will greatly improve your experience.
4. Close Other Programs – Close down everything on your device, except what you are using to view the clinic. Some programs like Dropbox, Google Drive or Evernote will sync automatically. For best results, turn them off until the webinar is over.
